The visualisation of DALI installations is covered by stromlaufplan.de through various elements and their interaction.
The following shows how the visualisation can be set up for typical decentralised and centralised installations.
A decentralised DALI installation consists of:
- a Dali gateway
- terminal blocks via which the DALI signal is routed to the “outside” in addition to the live phase, and
- auxiliary contacts on the protection devices so that the entire cable – including the DALI signals – can be disconnected from the power supply.
The following steps are necessary for this visualisation:
- Create DALI gateway in a KNX line and assign the required number of channels
- Configure 2 auxiliary contacts in the desired protection device and make an assignment to the channels of the Dali controller.
- In the terminal block under the protection device, 2 wires will now be connected to the auxiliary contacts of the protection device:
- The wiring diagram will now be drawn automatically.
A centralised DALI installation is just as easy to set up. For example, this consists of:
- a DALI gateway again
- a power supply unit for the supply of 24V lamps
- a DALI LED controller under the power supply unit
- and a terminal block for the 24V lamps,
The elements are arranged as follows in the tree view:
The channels of the LED controller are assigned directly to the terminal block:
