You can create your own placeholders and notes by clicking on the (+) button at the bottom of the tree view. Placeholders can be assigned a custom text and abbreviations and their colour can be customised. They are arranged in the grid like all other devices and can supplement missing elements. Typical areas of application are:

• Reservation of terminal block areas:
  • Some customers do not want to plan terminal blocks in detail. Alternatively, several placeholders with 12M * 2 rows can be planned.
• Reservation of further space
  • Or how about marking 12M * 3 rows across the board for a media field or as a “reserve”?

Placeholders can be quickly duplicated by right-clicking in the tree. After making a selection in the drawing area, a duplicate symbol will also appear. Notes behave in a similar way to placeholders; they can be created in any quantity. Notes can be moved to any position outside the grid and their size is not bound to the grid.
